These Terms apply to your use of shoppurelypets.com and to every order you place with Purely Pet, doing business as Purely Pets ("we", "us"), [BUSINESS ADDRESS]. By using the site or ordering, you agree to them. You can check out as a guest.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older, or order with a parent's or guardian's permission.

2. Products

We sell accessories, toys, grooming tools, beds and travel gear for dogs and cats. We describe and photograph each product as accurately as we can; colors may look slightly different on screen. Always supervise your pet with new toys and equipment, and follow the size and use guidance on each product page.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Shipping costs and sales tax, where applicable, are shown at checkout before you pay. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. A "compare at" price is shown only when the item was genuinely sold at that price.

4. Orders

We email a confirmation when you order. We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable, mispriced or suspected to be fraudulent, and will refund you in full.

5. Shipping

Shipping times and costs are described in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns, refunds, exchanges and cancellations follow our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual property

The site's text, design and logo belong to [LLC NAME] or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our liability for an order is limited to the amount paid for it. This does not affect your rights under consumer protection law.

We may update these Terms. The version on the site when you order applies to that order.
